★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si no tienes cita te hacen esperar 8 hrs para atenderte deberían decir que no hay atención sin cita , hice cita,hasta una semana después y ohoo sorpresa te atienden dos horas después por qué mi asunto no están importante! Los trámites son rápidos no entiendo sus demoras.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dice q el tiempo promedio es de 25mins.... Wooowww al menos 15 personas y una servidora llevamos más de 1 1/2 hora (hay gente de 2 1/2 hrs). Lentísimo el servicio, la "excusa" es q solo tienen 1 tableta de expedientes... Para atenderte pasan horaaaasss. Les daría 5 Taches si me dieran la opción.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entiendo que sino tiene cita puede demorar con el proceso y la atención sin embargo solamente hay 4 ejecutivos, de los cuales 1 se fue como a las 5:30 siendo que cierran a las 7 , la otra ejecutiva estaba no se que haciendo que en el tiempo que estuve que fueron como 4 horas nada mas atenido a 3 personas y el resto del tiempo parecía que estaba dormida. Después esta misma ejecutiva estaba con otras 2 compañeras viendo unas mascadas y platicando mientras había 7 personas esperando. Después de que terminaron de su chisme y de su vendimia empezaron a atender eso fue como a las 7:20

La sucursal de san juan de aragón ya ni se encuentra ahí, me trato de comunicar con sus asesores que no asesoran nada y no contestan, cuando lo hacen me dejan colgada en el teléfono ya que se encuentran atendiendo de forma remota y su cosas personales son más importantes que atender a la gente que solicita su asesoría. Me hace pensá seriamente el mover mi afore, si asi es para entrar no quiero pensar lo engorroso qué será para solicitar otro tramite. Pésimo servicio.
Terrible, I want to change my afore with them and they do not give me attention. The branch of San Juan de Aragón is no longer there, I try to communicate with their advisors who do not advise anything and do not answer, when they do they leave me hanging on the phone since they are attending remotely and their personal things are more important than serving the people who ask for their advice. It makes me seriously think about moving my Afore, if that's the way it is to enter, I don't want to think about how cumbersome it will be to request another procedure. Terrible service.
