★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui y la atención fue muy burna y amable, también pronta, puesto que saqué cita por internet. Les recomiendo que saquen cita antes de ir para no esperar. Había gente esperando cuando fui y me pasaron primero –eso me hizo sentir un poco mal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención del personal es buena , si lleva uno los documentos solicitados el tamite es rápido , si atienden sin tener cita pero uno debe esperar más tiempo , le dan preferencia a las citas , todo muy bien en esta sucursal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No te atienden por estar platicando, no había ningún cliente más que yo y todos perdiendo el tiempo. Al parecer después de las 5:30 ya no quieren trabajar, todos diciendo que ya se querían ir a su casa. Cuando al fin te atienden su servicio es bueno.
They do not attend you for talking, there was no customer other than me and everyone wasting time. Apparently after 5:30 they no longer want to work, all saying that they already wanted to go home. When they finally serve you, their service is good.

Lo cierto es que no necesariamente te dan una correcta orientación y prefieren darte cualquier respuesta con tal de que te vayas pronto sin importar cuanto puede realmente afectarte a futuro. Recomiendo indicar claramente todo lo que quieres hacer porque si no lo haces así, te indican que saques otra cita para revisar más de un asunto.
