★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bien para hacer que firmes un contrato, lo cual no es malo. Sin embargo, MALA su oficina de cobranzas, es un caos. Si acudes a la oficina, te piden demasiados requisitos para poder ingresar a pagar. Si optas por que te atiendan un cobrador a donde te encuentras, fallan; no te respetan los días y horarios acordados, se "cansan" de venir, y luego sólo te dejan una nota con la leyenda: "SERVICIO CANCELADO". Y nunca más vuelven a atenderte, ni el cobrador ni el vendedor. Es triste, que no se interesen jamás y de nuevo por el cliente. Mala experiencia.
Good to make you sign a contract, which is not bad. However, BAD your collection office, it's chaos. If you go to the office, they ask you too many requirements to be able to pay. If you choose to be served by a collector where you are, they fail; they do not respect the agreed days and schedules, they "get tired" of coming, and then they just leave you a note with the caption: "SERVICE CANCELED". And they never return to you, neither the collector nor the seller. It's sad, never to be interested and again for the client. Bad experience.
