My wife had four wisdom teeth removed, she was hospitalized and had been in ICU as soon as we returned to US. the process was horrible and very unprofessional. I had three root canals done, after three months the crowns fell. We both end up paying three times to re-done the poor quality job. I called in to ask for help, they were fighting on the phone instead of accepting their poor quality job. We remained speechless and helpless.Please do yourself a favor and not spend your money and time going in this place. If anyone have any questions I can provide all the documents on what it happened to us.

I have always hated my smile. 99% of the time, I would avoid the camera because of my teeth. After research and talking with a few people re: their experiences, I chose to make the trip. I would highly recommend Dr. Candanosa! Even through my meltdown, he was patient, compassionate, and informative. I have a Hollywood smile now and will for sure be returning in the future along with some friends. I can now show my beautiful smile to the world. Thank you!!!

Came in for a couple root canals and crowns. The place was clean and modern. The staff was great. Everything was professional from the beginning to the end. My crowns were ready by the next day. The dr recommended we stay an extra day for any minor adjustments we may need but the fit was perfect. We used the extra day to shop around and have some drinks. Highly recommend Dr. Candanosa and his staff.

Had 3 teeth removed and a new partial installed. Best money I have spent. Saved me over $1500. By having it done in Mexico. Very nice Doctor that went slow had no pain that was worth the trip down.

I just recently had my dental work done with dr Osvaldo on 10/30/21. Man it’s great, my whole experience with him and with his team at the clinic was great. Very satisfied with the service I received from him and his entire staff. I had my 4 root canal’s done and the cost compared with US was significantly low and the service standard were almost same. What ever I was promised by his office secretary Pricilla over the phone I got same no surprise.She was also very professional. Overall I gave Dr Osvaldo and his whole team a big ?? up. And I traveled all the way from Houston but it’s well worth it.

**Updated to 5 stars. I have a problem mouth and Dr. Candanosa & his staff continue to be amazing about working with my issues for a good final result, no matter the day or time of day. Can't say enough good things about this group of folks.** I chose Smile based on friends' recommendations and patient reviews. I needed Tori surgery, extractions (18) and finally dentures. The staff is always extremely personable, caring and courteous. They're very responsive and worked me in quickly. I would have given 5 stars but when I went for the Tori procedure, for which they bring in a surgeon, I was already in the chair and bibbed when the surgeon thought to ask if I take calcium. I do, so I was told to stop the calcium and come back in 3 weeks. This was very disappointing; I should have been given this instruction when the appt was made. This was in no way the dental office's fault, it was the surgeon's, but it made this whole long and painful process very frustrating! Regardless, I highly recommend Dr. Candanosa and his staff for your dental needs. There is no pressure, they just want their patients to be happy & comfortable with the outcome. Priscilla, their front desk person and point of contact, is especially helpful, concerned and quick to respond to any questions or issues after the fact. She makes you feel like a valued friend.

I had to have alot of work done to my teeth, Dr Osvaldo Candanosa told me it would take alot of work, but that he would create a transformation of my mouth, bite, teeth and smile. I had complete faith and trust. I had extraction s , root canals, post, he put a 6 unit bridge on top and bottom, and a smaller bridge towards the back. Total of 28 brand new very white polished crowns. I am completely happy with the work.

Clean, professional, and affordable. My sister and I both went to have all our wisdom teeth removed. During the surgery, we felt no pain. The staff was gentle, and checked to make sure we were comfortable during the entire procedure. The doctor gave us plenty of numbing meds, so we didn't feel a thing. I am a wimp when it comes to my teeth, but the staff held my hand and played my favorite music. It's been 3 months since the procedure and we have had no complications. We drove 900 miles to get there, and will happily do it again. I recommend them to anyone!
