★ ★ ★ ★ ★ According to the sign at the entrance, it's open until 17:00 every day. I arrived at 16:15 from a 20 minute taxi from Progreso, and nobody was at the front to let me in or sell me an entrance pass. So I walked a half mile and took a bus back. Waste of time. If you're open until 17:00, you shouldn't stop letting people in at 16:00. Change your hours, or let people in until closing time.
