P	Pablo Balderas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me entregaron un horno con 1 mes de retraso, en condiciones muy malas para ser un horno nuevo, no respetaron la garantía de 1 año que supuestamente otorgan, no entregaron manual del usuario ni ningún diagrama del equipo, sus instalaciones dejan mucho que desear y una persona de su personal se portó muy prepotente. Oscar no tuve ningún problema de índole laboral, siempre se mostró totalmente cordial y abierto a las ideas y mejoras que llegue a proponerle, pues también soy ingeniero. En relación al servicio al cliente siempre fue oportuna y eficiente la comunicación, adaptándonos a los requerimientos, tanto técnicos como logísticos. Yo recomiendo ampliamente la empresa pues en mi caso fue por una oportunidad de crecimiento profesional y cambio de residencia mi separación, pero definitivamente son un proveedor confiable que añade tanto a la cadena de valor como al producto final.
