★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los precios que manejan sobre las refacciones son elevados en comparación a los precios de las refacciones originales. Si quieren un servicio de ahí les recomiendo revisar el precio de la pieza en internet.
En mi caso, me iban a cobrar $1,500 por una pieza, fui a otro lugar y la pieza original costaba $400.
P.d: A pesar de que manejan una valoración gratis la cobran si no haces uso de sus servicios.
The prices they handle on the spare parts are high compared to the prices of the original spare parts. If you want a service from there I recommend you check the price of the piece on the internet.
In my case, they were going to charge me $ 1,500 for a piece, I went somewhere else and the original piece was $ 400.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo bueno: Comprometidos, siempre hay alguien del otro lado del teléfono dispuesto a resolver cualquier petición. Garantía de 3 meses por escrito y la respetan cabalmente.
Lo que se puede mejorar: Puntualidad en las citas, control de calidad previo a la entrega del electrodoméstico, relación costo-beneficio.
En mi caso repararon un refri en 4 ocasiones dentro del periodo de garantía y por un solo precio, posteriormente ya nada se pudo hacer por él. Me ofrecieron sustituirlo por uno, poco más grande, de reúso, con la misma garantía y por un mínimo deducible de $800. Lo tomé con el respectivo riesgo, pero me sentía respaldado por la garantía. Decidí esperar al término del periodo de garantía para escribir la reseña y recomendarlos, fueron los únicos que de uno u otro modo ofrecieron solución a mi necesidad.

They offered to replace it with a slightly larger one, reused, with the same guarantee and for a minimum deductible of $ 800. I took it with the respective risk, but I felt backed by the guarantee. I decided to wait for the end of the warranty period to write the review and recommend them, they were the only ones that in one way or another offered a solution to my need.
