★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengo casi un año con mi celular, resulta que su dueña previa dejó un adeudo. ProLegal no investiga y hostiga mi celular con mensajes que bloquean la pantalla. Mi trabajo exige videollamadas medicas y es muy molesto. Llame y me dijeron que no pueden hacer nada que ese teléfono Telcel me lo vendió con ese adeudo. Se supone que el trabajo de ellos es investigar y no lo están haciendo.
I have almost a year with my cell phone, it turns out that its previous owner left a debt. ProLegal does not investigate and harass my cell phone with messages that block the screen. My job requires medical video calls and it is very annoying. I called and they told me that they cannot do anything that Telcel sold it to me with that debt. Their job is supposed to be investigating and they are not doing it.
