★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Presenté el examen GRE en este centro en febrero de 2021 y la experiencia fue terrible. Los chicos no sabían donde ubicarte, qué medidas tomar. Todo la experiencia fue demasiado informal. A la hora del examen hubieron múltiples interrupciones, ya que a algunos comenzamos antes que otros. Fue caótico, y pues todas esas faltas repercuten directamente en tu atención. En ese entonces elaboré una queja formal a ETS. Quién sabe si ellos le hayan dado seguimiento, ojalá que sí. No lo recomiendo, mejor vayan a UTEZA, acabo de presentar el TOEFL IBT ahí y todo muy bien. Por eso me acordé de mi mala experiencia con Prometric.
I took the GRE test at this center in February 2021 and the experience was terrible. The boys did not know where to locate you, what measures to take. The whole experience was too casual. At the time of the exam there were multiple interruptions, since some of us started before others. It was chaotic, and well, all those faults have a direct impact on your attention. At that time I made a formal complaint to ETS. Who knows if they have followed up on it, hopefully so. I don't recommend it, better go to UTEZA, I just took the TOEFL IBT there and everything went very well. That's why I remembered my bad experience with Prometric.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can't I give you a 0?? Your service is so lame! It was supposed that my TOEFL iBT test would be on December 9th in Torreon Mexico, but you cancelled it due to a supposed "snow storm", it was nothing though, it barely snowed the previous day.
Hence you sent me an email saying: "Prometric will reach out to you as soon as possible to assist with the rescheduling of your appointment or you may contact our Regional Registration Center. Contact details can be found on [your web site here]."
Well guess what?? FYI no one reached me out and I tried to contact you and you never answered me (by the way, your contact number was difficult to find).
So as you said you'll reach me out I stopped calling you.
I investigated on my own when the next test would be and it was today at 9:00 am, so I showed up to the test center and guess what!!! Yes, they couldn't apply me the exam because I wasn't registered. Very bad experience with you! You just don't care about your costumers. Thank you for the delay in my plans!!
