De 10 a 50 minutos solo para que te conteste un vendedor y para que a los 5 segundos se cuelgue solo y repetir el ciclo de que alguien conteste. A veces trato de comprender que algunos días son más concurridos que otros pero el problema que se cuelgue solo ya tiene años y no han hecho nada, y el problema que nadie conteste tiene al menos 6 meses. Lo más molesto es que cuando alguien te contesta y mencionas la razón social, sin dejarte decir nada te dicen que ellos no son tus vendedores y no te pueden atender y te regresan al círculo donde no contestan, se cuelga y pierdes 1 hora por un precio que lamentablemente es competitivo. 5 stars for prices and for the material. 0 stars for the telephone service system. From 10 to 50 minutes just for a salesperson to answer you and for 5 seconds to hang up on its own and repeat the cycle of someone answering. Sometimes I try to understand that some days are busier than others but the problem that hangs up alone is years old and nothing has been done, and the problem that no one answers is at least 6 months old. The most annoying thing is that when someone answers you and you mention the company name, without letting you say anything, they tell you that they are not your sellers and cannot attend to you and they return you to the circle where they do not answer, they hang up and you lose 1 hour for a price which unfortunately is competitive.

Si asistes a la sucursal, tardan en abrir, la recepcionista prefieren estar en el cel que atender tu pedido. Si marcas, nunca responden y cuando lo hacen están en fiesta ya que solo s escuchan risas y música. Si les pides cotización por Whatsapp, duran hasta una semana sin contestar y aparte suelen dar mal información, tanto en precio o incluso se equivocan de material. Uno queriendo el material para los proyectos que uno tiene y ellos no se prestan a qué se realice la venta. If you ask them for a quote by Whatsapp, they last up to a week without answering and apart from that they usually give bad information, both in terms of price or even the wrong material.
