★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Out oall the promodays I have gone to. I think this one is the best. If you are petite, you will definitely find a lot of clothes here. For plus size do check the H&M racks. The average price for clothes is between 250 and 300 pesos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is just what it advertises, an outlet offering several brands at lower prices. The only downside is that is very difficult to find great brands because the arrangement of the clothes makes it hard to find good stuff. Also, the discount of the real expensive brands is not that great.
In general, the clothes depend on the day, I've found great stuff but I've also wasted hours only to not find anything worthwhile.
