★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo, tienen horario de cierre a las 9 pm pero cierran a las 8, además que faltando 15 minutos de esa hora te dicen que ya van a cerrar caja y no te dejan probarte la ropa.
Terrible, they have closing hours at 9 pm but they close at 8, plus with 15 minutes to go they tell you that they are going to close the box and they won't let you try on your clothes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aunque es una tienda más grande a comparación de otras cercanas, les faltan marcas conocidas que antes ya manejaban, y las ponían en descuentos, sólo usan una o dos y las demás son marcas desconocidas y a precio regular, no de outlet como anuncian.
Por otro lado, el personal es completamente desinteresado en lo que el cliente quiere o necesita, si pides información sobre una oferta o sobre su tarjeta de crédito no saben exactamente que requisitos necesitas o fechas de promoción. No usan uniformes para identificarlos y su actitud es muy pobre para abordar a un cliente.
Simplemente no tienen capacitación ni ganas de hacer su trabajo.

On the other hand, the staff is completely disinterested in what the client wants or needs, if you ask for information about an offer or about their credit card they do not know exactly what requirements you need or promotion dates. They do not wear uniforms to identify them and their attitude is very poor when approaching a customer.
They just don't have the training or the desire to do their job.
