★ ★ ★ ★ ★ buenos días, el día de ayer fui a hacer un cambio físico y no pudieron o no quisieron hacérmela; diciéndome que como ya había echo una devolución anterior no se podía, porque el no sabia a que prenda correspondía el primer cambio; yo le pedí que me dejara cambiarla por algo mas caro,ya que no tenían existencia de la prenda que yo compre con anterioridad, pero no así, me dijo que no se podía; hoy intento hablar con alguien en atención al cliente y solo me transfieren, pero nadie e atiende; ojala por este medio puedan darme solucion.
la tienda es en plaza las flores.

El personal te cuida como a la rata mas cabrona de la colonia, te vocean, te siguen se te pegan .... Es una sensación de acoso que se entiende.... Pero que es muy molesta por lo que prefiero comprar en el oromoda de Power Center....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Encontré modelos muy cool en tennis y con rebajas, tienen muchísimo de dónde escoger, solo me gustaría que acomodaran conforme a marcas. Estuve buscando ropa de Zara y mango y no la encontré. Pero tienen excelentes ofertas adicionales.

El personal es amable. El único problema es que a veces hay que esperar mucho tiempo para pasar a los vestidores pero aparte de eso es un buen lugar para comprar ropa de calidad a un precio razonable. Muy recomendable.
