k	kARIME ROLDAN on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Carecen de personal amable y de atención al cliente he ido 3 ó 4 veces y siempre es lo mismo, los vestidores solos, nadie de apoyo en los pasillos, sólo guardias en la entrada eso sí de a 2 para poder platicar a gusto entre ellos, una caja para todos los clientes, bastante lenta siempre. Sí vas a ir a esta tienda debes armarte de mucha paciencia para buscar por tí mismo cada prenda y hacer larga fila para pagar. They lack friendly staff and customer service I have been 3 or 4 times and it is always the same, the locker rooms alone, no one to support them in the corridors, only guards at the entrance, of course, 2 to be able to talk to each other at ease, one box for all customers, always quite slow. If you are going to go to this store, you must arm yourself with a lot of patience to look for each item yourself and stand in a long line to pay.

NO RECOMENDABLE Variety but bad attitude of the staff, they open late and then the fitting rooms were not in service because they had a mess inside. NOT RECOMMENDABLE

Z	Zwle Márquez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, el dia de hoy fui por que quería comprar y cundo llegue a cajas la persona que iba adelante iba hacer una devolución nos tuvieron esperando mucho y se le pidió a la gerente que abriera otra caja, y dijo que no, no había cajero que cobrara y ella dijo que no podía hacer nada y con una actitud horrible, varios que estábamos formados mejor nos fuimos. Pomoda es una buena tienda pero no está padre que paguen salarios a personas que no están dispuestas a trabajar bien. Ojalá quiten a esa gerente. Terrible service, today I went because I wanted to buy and when I arrived at the boxes the person in front was going to make a return they had us waiting a lot and the manager was asked to open another box, and she said no, there was no cashier They charged and she said there was nothing she could do and with a horrible attitude, several of us who were better trained left. Pomoda is a good store but it is not cool that they pay salaries to people who are not willing to work well. Hopefully they remove that manager.
