★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Con mucha frecuencia necesito impresiones en Promomex, cualquiera de sus sucursales. Particularmente tuve que imprimir en esta sucursal y mi experiencia fue muy mala, no creo que siempre sea así, está relacionada con el personal que me atendió hace aproximadamente 1 mes. Poco amable, evidentemente no sabe lo que hace y lo hace mal por qué la calidad del trabajo fue muy deficiente. Las chicas que me habían atendido anteriormente con mejor calidad en el trabajo y el trato al cliente.

La luz era muy baja, más baja de lo regular, al momento que me enseñan la impresión parecía todo normal y la pague. Al revisar con luz natural ya en casa me di cuenta que tenía líneas de color que afectaban el espacio de impresión que no se notan con luz baja. Es precio estándar por mala calidad de impresión.

Me imprimieron 4 tabloides en adherible que literal solo me sirvieron para tirarlos a la basura, y cuando le pedí al chico del mostrador que por favor me los cambiará xq habías salido todos desfasados y el color negro era gris. Ni siquiera se digno a voltearme a ver, se dio la vuelta y siguió mirando su celular ignorando e todalmente.
NUNCA VAYAN A ESTE LUGAR

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizan muy buenas impresiones,solo q no sacan copias y según dicen que abren a las 9:00 am y llegue 9:10 estaba la cortina entreabierta y se veía q pasaba el trapeador espere hasta 9:20 y no abrieron es en la promomex de 2°anillo en jardines de las fuentes mejor deberían de poner horario de 9:30,sean puntuales
