Empecé con ellos cuando abrieron, tienen varias sucursales (antes 3 ahora solo 2 creo), pero debido a que siempre son mal quedados, fui cambiando de sucursales, pero es lo mismo, siempre un servicio tardado, con el tiempo se han vuelto mi último recurso.
Creo que les hace falta un buen encargado, las muchachas que están ahí hacen lo que quieren, te atienden bien pero en el momento que sales de la tienda desatienden totalmente al cliente. Deberían de revisarles los whatsapps del trabajo, ahí salen fechas para que se den una idea, de cuando le cotizaron al cliente, cuando le mandaron la revisión y a qué fecha están, porque son la vida cansada, y al estar sentaditas, de perdido deberían estar moviendo los dedos mandando revisiones y sacando trabajo ?
If you are looking for fast service, this is not the place, here you have to give them several weeks because it has taken almost 2 months to deliver.
I started with them when they opened, they have several branches (before 3 now only 2 I think), but because they are always in bad shape, I kept changing branches, but it's the same, always a slow service, over time they have become my last resource.
I think they need a good manager, the girls who are there do what they want, they take good care of you but the moment you leave the store they totally neglect the customer. They should review their work whatsapps, there are dates to give them an idea, when they quoted the client, when they sent the review and what date they are, because they are tired of life, and when they are sitting down, they should be lost moving your fingers sending reviews and getting work ?
