Desde la primera llamada tuve que esperar más de 15 minutos para que mi vendedora Fernanda Gonzalez contestara y no solamente eso, su actitud de poco servicio, apatía y desinterés son características de su forma de trabajo. Tomando en cuenta que nos entregaron productos mal hechos y el pedido incompleto DOS VECES, nos esperábamos una mejor respuesta de su director general Alan Trujillo; a quien hemos tratado de localizar desde hace una semana y no nos toma la llamada. No es recomendable hacer compras en esta empresa.
THE WORST PURCHASE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. From the first call I had to wait more than 15 minutes for my salesperson Fernanda Gonzalez to answer and not only that, her attitude of little service, apathy and disinterest are characteristic of her way of working. Taking into account that they gave us badly made products and the incomplete order TWICE, we expected a better response from its general director Alan Trujillo; whom we have been trying to locate for a week and are not taking the call. It is not recommended to make purchases in this company.

Teléfonos jamás responden
Terrible service, if you do not make your order online or stop there, the security guard seems to take care of something illegal since neither information is given to you correctly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio pre y post venta… no lo recomiendo. Tardan mucho en responderte y no dan solución a nada. Dicen que ya están produciendo y el día de la entrega ni han empezado. Si pudiera poner 0 estrellas lo haría. Busquen otra opción.
Lousy pre and post sales service... I don't recommend it. They take a long time to respond and do not give a solution to anything. They say that they are already producing and on the day of delivery they have not even started. If I could put 0 stars I would. Find another option.

A BAD SUPPLIER, THEY DO NOT COMPLY WITH THEIR AGREEMENTS AND THEY DON'T ANSWER OR FOLLOW UP BY ANY MEANS.
THE DELIVERY TIMES NEVER MATCH THEIR QUOTATIONS, THEY CANCEL ORDERS FROM A MOMENT TO THE OTHER AND THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ERRORS.
