El techo del baño es de unicel y tiene una capa de yeso muy delgada, he realizado dos reportes del mismo y sólo vienen a rellenar con más yeso pero pero problema sigue. Las regaderas todo el tiempo tienen fuga, hay áreas en las que se inunda fuera de la casa. El personal de reparaciones es poco profesional y la administración se caracteriza por tener una mala actitud. Piense tres veces antes de comprar en esta inmobiliaria.
I have been living in Real Granada for a year and the literal house is falling down. The bathroom ceiling is made of unicel and has a very thin layer of plaster, I have made two reports of it and they only come to fill with more plaster but the problem remains. The showers are leaking all the time, there are areas where it floods outside the house. The repair staff is unprofessional and the management is notorious for having a bad attitude. Think three times before buying from this real estate.
