★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son unos estafadores, tengan cuidado si rentan algun departamento con ellos. No solo no cumplen con nada que proponen del contrato, sino que tienen un maltrato indebido con sus clientes. Yo renté en su edificio de la Escandón y el malestar de los inquilinos era homogéneo. La experiencia durante los meses que estuve se llenaron de incumplimientos, mantenimientos no realizados, desinfecciones no llevadas a cabo, limpiezas al edificio no ejecutadas, cambios en la disponibilidad del Roof Garden, maltrato a visitas por parte de la administración, etc... y cuando nada podría parecer empeorar inventaron gastos de "puesta en valor del departamento" para quedarse con gran parte del depósito en garantía, cuando nosotros cuidamos muchísimo el departamento y luego al momento de entregarlo fuimos a comprar la pintura del color y marca que ellos nos dijeron y lo pintamos todo y quedó a nuevo el departamento.
Por favor no caigan con ellos, no merecen un peso de ninguna persona.

Please don't fall for them, they don't deserve a weight from anyone.
