Tienen 3 sucursales, yo renté en Canal de Miramontes, ojo porque su página web se ve regular y sus precios buenos, al final te rentan un vehículo viejo pero el problema es que no tiene mantenimiento, sucio, rayado, gasta el 50% más de gasolina y hasta truenan como me pasó a mi. Tardaron 150 minutos en llegar para inventar que de los 5 rayones de ese lado el sexto se lo hiciste tu. Como se quedan con un voucher firmado por caso de daños mayores te fastidian porque sin tener el vehículo presente ya que estaba descompuesto y en otra locación...al llegar a su negocito a liberar el voucher te salen con que le encontraron más detalles y sin consentimiento te cargan 1500 pesos. Mediocridad total y abuso para así mantener su negocito. Tengan cuidado y pasen la voz. Queja con Profeco, aviso a mi banco y a pasar la voz para que aprendan lección. Pobre México pero NO se dejen
This local car rental label is a fraud. They have 3 branches, I rented in Miramontes Channel, be careful because their website looks regular and their prices are good, in the end they rent you an old vehicle but the problem is that it has no maintenance, dirty, scratched, spends 50% more than gasoline and even thunder as it happened to me. It took 150 minutes to arrive to invent that of the 5 scratches on that side you made it sixth. As they are left with a signed voucher in case of major damage, they annoy you because without having the vehicle present since it was broken and in another location ... when you arrive at your little hotel to release the voucher you are left with more details and without consent charge 1500 pesos. Total mediocrity and abuse to keep your business. Be careful and spread the word. Complain with Profeco, notice my bank and spread the word to learn a lesson. Poor Mexico but DO NOT leave

Nothing recommendable. I rented a truck and they charged me for three alleged scratches at 800 pesos each. They promised to rent me a recent model and they don't have one. Their branch is a corner stall. I will never use your service again. I filed a complaint with PROFECO
