Al contrario de Pronovias Palacio de Hierro todas muy amables y termine comprando mi vestido ahí.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los vestidos son lindos; sin embargo, el problema está en la atención de su personal, una vez que compras el vestido todo cambia, ya no te responden con prontitud, incluso me tocó que me dejaran botada esperando por varios minutos a la modista. El vestido fue entregado sin hacerse los ajustes en el forro, que al final se hicieron en ese mismo momento, y fue entregado sucio del forro. Quiero mencionar que el día de mi boda la crinoline se deshilo por completo.
The dresses are cute; however, the problem is in the attention of their staff, once you buy the dress everything changes, they no longer respond promptly, I even had to be left waiting for several minutes for the seamstress. The dress was delivered without making adjustments to the lining, which in the end were made at that very moment, and it was delivered dirty from the lining. I want to mention that on my wedding day the crinoline completely unraveled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para la categoría de tienda y los precios de sus vestidos, no te quedan ganas de comprar después de ver la falta de atención por parte de la asesora, una apatía notoria que te mantiene lejos de vivir esto como una experiencia, empezando porque estás ahí con intención de comprar un vestido. La atención al cliente fue algo que dejó mucho que desear por parte de la asesora L.
En cuanto a instalaciones tienen un 10 y los vestidos están muy bien conservados aún siendo de muestra. Fuera de eso, no lo recomendaría como una primera tienda que visitar, dejan un mal sabor de boca y hacen fácil decidir buscar tu vestido en otro lado.

Customer service was something that left much to be desired by the advisor L.
In terms of facilities they have a 10 and the dresses are very well preserved even though they are on display. Other than that, I wouldn't recommend it as a first shop to visit, they leave a bad taste in your mouth and make it easy to decide to look elsewhere for your dress.

La atención en todo momento fue buena y sobretodo Gladys quien fue mi modista asignada lo ajustó tal y como quería y los detalles necesarios para el vestido (cinturón y recoger cauda) estuvieron minuciosamente cuidados.
After visiting several stores there, I found the dress I didn't know I was looking for. The attention at all times was good and above all Gladys who was my assigned seamstress adjusted it as I wanted and the necessary details for the dress (belt and tie) were carefully taken care of.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atención de parte de las asesoras, me explicaron perfectamente los tiempos de entrega de los vestidos. Hay que acudir con anticipación, ya que los vestidos llegan de España y se deben de tomar medidas para saber que talla corresponde. Ame los vestidos!!!
Excellent attention from the consultants, they explained perfectly the delivery times of the dresses. You have to go in advance, since the dresses arrive from Spain and measurements must be taken to know which size corresponds. Love the dresses !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is by FAR the best bridal boutique in Mexico City! The store and fitting rooms are gorgeous, the dresses are very high quality and good value and the whole experience is so special without the usual pressure. It was a very welcome stop after many "fails" on Masaryk. Highly recommend!
