Que padre que estamos aquí!” Le dije a mi hija que tendrá su XV el próximo año, que suerte tuvimos que había citas disponibles para ese día un poco más tarde!!! quedamos enamoradas del primer vestido que se midió!, el trato fue fenomenal!!! Y cómo no era opción venir cargando con el vestido, de ahí mismo me comuniqué a Pronovias Monterrey y oh sorpresa! Tenían el vestido! Llegando a Mexico le di seguimiento con Sandra que, aunque todo fue por teléfono y mensajes, ya que no vivimos en Monterrey, me trató de maravilla, y fue excelente en todo momento, hoy el vestido ya está ordenado y llegará en unos cuantos meses, ademas de una linda anécdota de haberlo encontrado durante unas vacaciones por España!!! Mi hija tendrá un precioso vestido para sus XV!!! Gracias Pronovias Monterrey!! In summer we visit Spain and when walking through the streets we saw a Pronovias store, we entered only for “oh, measure yourself! What a father that we are here! " I told my daughter that she will have her XV next year, how lucky we were that there were appointments available for that day a little later !!! We fell in love with the first dress that was measured! The treatment was phenomenal !!! And how it was not an option to come carrying the dress, from there I contacted Pronovias Monterrey and oh surprise! They had the dress! Arriving in Mexico I followed up with Sandra who, although everything was by phone and messages, since we do not live in Monterrey, she treated me wonderfully, and was excellent at all times, today the dress is already ordered and will arrive in a few months, besides a nice anecdote of having found it during a vacation in Spain !!! My daughter will have a beautiful dress for her XV !!! Thank you Pronovias Monterrey !!

Ya tengo mi vestido y Aracely me trató super bien, con muchísima paciencia. Sé que son tiempos difíciles pero agradezco en el alma que han dejado que mi hermana me acompañará. Siempre tendremos el recuerdo de cómo escogí el vestido para mi boda. GRACIAS!
