★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pronovias Polanco hizo mi sueño realidad, desde que llegue la atención y confianza que me hizo sentir Karina Reyes fue espectacular, todo el tiempo me hizo sentir como en casa y estuvo conmigo ayudándome y aconsejándome, hasta que encontré el indicado.
Ella igual me ayudo a elegir mi velo y estuvo pendiente cada cita que tenía para detalles del vestido.
Definitivamente recomendaría a todas mis amigas que se van a casar, ir a Pronovias Polanco.
 Pronovias Polanco made my dream come true, since the attention and confidence that Karina Reyes made me feel was spectacular, all the time she made me feel at home and she was with me helping and advising me, until I found the right one.
She also helped me choose my veil and was pending every appointment I had for details of the dress.
I would definitely recommend to all my friends who are getting married, go to Pronovias Polanco.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El vestido de mi hija costo 50 mil pesos muy muy lindo ...pero se lo entregaron roto y de malas que porque tenían que atender a otras personas y eso nos dijo esq ya tengo que atender a otras ....? y creo solo había una persona en toda la tienda ...no nos ofrecieron ni agua porque la pedí ...veníamos de Cuernavaca ...
y también compro una mantilla que le costó 8 mil pesos y le dieron un velo con peineta ...roto también y sucio machado de rojo ....no es posible pagar tanto para recibir esto !!!! ella quería regresarlo para que nos dieran uno limpio y tiene el encaje jalado también .....muy triste esto espero le reconozcan y le devuelvan algo por su vestido y velo ? tenemos varias fotos ....el vestido yo le dije a la señorita está roto ....y ella contesto pero el el fondo y nadie lo ve ?

and she also bought a mantilla that cost her 8,000 pesos and they gave her a veil with a comb...also broken and dirty with a red stain....it is not possible to pay so much to receive this!!!! she wanted to return it so they could give us a clean one and the lace was pulled too.....very sad I hope they recognize her and give her something back for her dress and veil ? we have several photos....the dress I told her miss is broken .... and she answered but in the background and nobody sees it ?

Gracias por hacerme sentir que la búsqueda de vestido es algo especial. Fui también a Rosa Clará y varios otros lugares por estilo, no obstante con todo el corazón recomiendo solo a pronovias
The staff is super attentive, they really wanted to understand what I want (and that is always difficult with girlfriends), the dressing rooms are spacious and maintain privacy. Thank you for making me feel like dress hunting is something special. I also went to Rosa Clará and several other places for style, however with all my heart I only recommend pronovias

Mi asesora de vestidos fue Paty y puedo decir que fue la mejor experiencia el haber estado en sus manos.
Desde que recibes el mensaje en WhatsApp hasta la última prueba de selección de vestido. Fue muy atenta, servicial, sonriente y el click con ella fue de inmediato.
Sin duda alguna llegue al lugar correcto con la persona con la que cualquier novia pudiera sentirse genial.
