★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio al cliente, estuve preguntando por un medicamento en whatsapp y te responden casi con monosílabos, y no son amables, falta muchísimo de disposición. Yo no sé para que ponen un número de atención, si no les interesa vender. Así que si quieren comprar algo por Internet olvídenlo, (imagínense si no llega el producto, qué relajo para aclaraciones, y tal vez ni línea de rastreo te den. Se quedaron en la época de las cavernas.
Terrible customer service, I was asking for a medicine on whatsapp and they respond almost with monosyllables, and they are not friendly, they lack a lot of disposition. I do not know why they put a number of attention, if they are not interested in selling. So if you want to buy something online, forget it (imagine if the product does not arrive, what a relax for clarification, and maybe they won't even give you a tracking line. They stayed in the time of the caves.
