★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia...no son nada educados...irresponsables...araganes y sus medidas de higiene y seguridad por los suelos ellos si pueden andar sin cubre bocas y saludarse de beso... mostraron los prepotentes que son...puras vueltas y vueltas y no te arreglan nada si no les das mochada.
 Very bad experience ... they are not polite at all ... irresponsible ... Araganes and their hygiene and safety measures on the floors, they can walk without mouth covers and greet each other with a kiss ... they showed how arrogant they are ... Pure round and round and they won't fix anything if you don't give them a bump.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las personas que trabajan aquí no saben nisiquiera de leyes, además se burlan de ti en tu cara y te dicen que de aquí a que tengasa custodia tu hijo va a tener ya 30 años. Todos me trataron igual de prepotentes y déspotas, solo están de extras aquí.
The people who work here don't even know about the law, they also make fun of you to your face and tell you that between now and you have custody, your child will be 30 years old. Everyone treated me equally arrogant and despotic, they are just extras here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena atención, atienden todas las dudas porque son personas que están muy bien capacitadas, además de que son amables. Solamente las oficinas están un poco escondidas, no hay señalamientos para encontrar exactamente donde está el lugar de atención, añadiría algunos señalamientos que te conduzcan hasta la entrada.
Good attention, answer all doubts because they are people who are very well trained, in addition to being friendly. Only the offices are a bit hidden, there are no signs to find exactly where the place of attention is, I would add some signs that lead you to the entrance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve a mi mamá hace unos días que es una persona de la 3era edad con artritis severa y usa silla de ruedas por el dolor pero no la pude subir por que el elevador estaba fallando entonces no nos atendieron.
I took my mom a few days ago, she is an elderly person with severe arthritis and uses a wheelchair because of the pain, but I couldn't get her up because the elevator was failing, so they didn't attend to us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tube que ir en la semana con mis papas de 80 y 85 años su elevador estaba atorado subi al segundo piso a pedir ayuda para subir a mi papa que viene en silla de ruedas pero los del escritorio me mandaron enfrente a una puerta y ahi unos señores me dijeron que no tenian a nadie para ayudarme a si que nos fuimos sin atencion.
I had to go during the week with my parents who are 80 and 85 years old. Their elevator was stuck. I went up to the second floor to ask for help to get my dad up, who comes in a wheelchair, but the people at the desk sent me to a door and there were some gentlemen. They told me that they had no one to help me, so we left unattended.
