★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En este edificio se encuentran las oficinas de la empresa que presta sus servicios, siendo una de las verificadoras de obra que se encuentran en CDMX para verificar la construcción de las viviendas que los desarrolladores ofrecen, para que cumplan con las especificaciones del proyecto autorizado.
Son contratados para llevar a cabo trabajo documental y de campo.
Es una empresa certificada donde brindan una atención adecuada. no tienen mucho espacio en la oficina pero es el necesario para su personal.
No tiene estacionamiento público y en la entrada se les solicita una identificación oficial y anotarse en la bitácora de ingreso y salida, de igual forma son muy amables los guardias.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No se dejen engañar por este tipo de empresas, se dicen "verificadoras" autorizadas por el Infonavit pero lo que hacen es que "simulan" todo el trámite que pide el Instituto para créditos de la línea 4 para que el empleado pueda sacar su dinero de la subcuenta, sin embargo, estas empresas y las que intervienen se quedan con el 30% del monto que dispongas!. El colmo de los colmos es que "presumen" que han sacado así más de 2,000 trámites!!. Son unos rateros!.
