★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala, pero no es culpa del personal, la infraestructura y recursos tiene muchas oportunidades de mejora. Es importante la capacitacion del personal y la reaccion inmediata a emergencias. De verdad no es posible llegar a las instalaciones y llegar a ver tantas deficiencias ( ambulancias con llantas ponchadas, la estuctura del edificio cayendose), da tristeza que algo tan importante tenga esas condiciones.
Very bad, but it is not the fault of the staff, the infrastructure and resources have many opportunities for improvement. Staff training and immediate response to emergencies is important. It is really not possible to reach the facilities and see so many deficiencies (ambulances with flat tires, the structure of the building falling), it is sad that something so important has these conditions.
