★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La dependecia es necesaria, pero considero esta sumamente descuidada, la atención es deficiente, el edificio desorganizado, el personal por sin ningún lado, lo importante es que dan solución y respuesta a los escritos y solicitudes; en tiempos de pandemia sus protocolos sanitarios no son claros ni perceptibles al entrar al lugar. La culpa considero no es 100% del personal, sini del municipio que no le ha invertido a la dependencia, capacitación del personal y mejora del lugar. Considero que es una dependencia muy importante para que este tan desorganizada y descuidada, además de un poco oculta.

I consider that the fault is not 100% of the staff, but of the municipality that has not invested in the unit, staff training and improvement of the place. I consider that it is a very important dependency for it to be so disorganized and neglected, as well as a little hidden.
