Los que tienen experiencia no tardan ahí por lo mismo.
Lo peor es que los que mandan ni siquiera están físicamente calificados para ejercer este tipo de trabajos (están enanos o gordos) y te exigen como si deberás ellos pudieran más.
Bad company to work, they look for people without experience because they treat them as they want.
Those who have experience do not delay there for the same reason.
The worst thing is that those who are in charge are not even physically qualified to perform this type of work (they are dwarf or fat) and they demand you as if they should be able to do more.

Los jefes de turno ponen más atención a los chismes e informan de forma mitomana, en lugar de salvaguardar la seguridad del edificio y su población.
Estos ineptos toman decisiones en base a nada, no unifican criterios, cada guardia aplica sus reglas, no conocen los reglamentos, no los capacitan en absolutamente nada.
Una empresa infame.
Nefarious company, with incompetent personnel.
Shift chiefs pay more attention to gossip and report in a mythomaniac way, rather than safeguarding the safety of the building and its population.
These inept people make decisions based on nothing, they do not unify criteria, each guard applies its rules, they do not know the regulations, they do not train them in absolutely nothing.
An infamous company.
