They rarely answer the phone, they give you long to answer you regarding their services and they never send you the information they promise to deliver.

They never answer I have a light meter that they installed me in a new house and in the first receipt CFE charges me 4160 pesos for less than 2 months, after January to February I get the next receipt of 3700 and although several of my neighbors complain of the terrible service that they do not give they do nothing to solve it in my life I had paid so much for electricity I will have to go to profeco
