★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El tiempo de espera aunque tengas cita es de 40 min. mínimo, la atención a las mascotas es buena y paciente. Desafortunadamente le realicé a mi perrita unos estudios que me recomendaron, después de 2 semanas aún no me entregaban resultados, me comuniqué por WhatsApp y quedaron en enviarlos en un momento, nunca pasó, a la semana me comuniqué por teléfono y se comprometieron a realizar la interpretación en la tarde, nunca la enviaron. Una semana después (ya había pasado 1 mes desde que se tomó la radiografía) fui al hospital para solicitarlos y únicamente me dieron las imágenes de los rx, pedí la interpretación que me dijeron estaba incluida en el precio, la señorita recepcionista quedó en checarlo, nunca la entregaron ni se comunicaron conmigo.

Unfortunately, I carried out some tests on my dog that were recommended to me, after 2 weeks they still did not give me the results, I contacted WhatsApp and they agreed to send them in a moment, it never happened, a week later I contacted them by phone and they promised to carry out the interpretation in the afternoon, they never sent it. A week later (it had already been 1 month since the x-ray was taken) I went to the hospital to request them and they only gave me the images of the x-rays, I asked for the interpretation that they told me was included in the price, the receptionist lady agreed to check it, They never delivered it or communicated with me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me alegra tanto haber encontrado este lugar en lugar cercano, excelente servicio, explicación y tratan a los animalitos con mucho respeto y cuidado, agradezco a la doctora Ari por salvar a mi perrita de una peritonitis que casi la mataba, su dedicación y buen trabajo se refleja. Mi chiquita continua en recuperación pero he recibo una excelente explicación por parte de ella confiable, segura y sincera. Muchas gracias por estar en Tláhuac si necesidad de ir a lugares tan lejanos lo que hace que nuestras mascotas tengas menos estrés de viajar, muchas gracias.
I am so happy to have found this place in a nearby place, excellent service, explanation and they treat the animals with great respect and care, I thank Dr. Ari for saving my dog from peritonitis that almost killed her, her dedication and good work was reflects. My little girl is still in recovery but I have received an excellent explanation from her, trustworthy, safe and sincere. Thank you very much for being in Tláhuac if you need to go to such distant places, which makes our pets have less stress of traveling, thank you very much.
