★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No recomiendo trabajar con estas personas, tuve una mala experiencia en la que ellos atendieron de forma nada profesional de inicio a fin, desde el momento de firmar el contrato estaba mal, tardan demasiado en atender, luego intervinieron para orillarme a terminar un contrato a la mitad del periodo, ellos junto con la inmobiliaria Jeicem. Después de todo esto estuvieron entre Jeicem y Prottal cada quien con su version respecto al deposito que debían regresarme y al final de cuentas la persona llamada Victor K me dijo que yo podia demandar a la dueña de la casa por no regresarme el deposito incluso que podia demandar a Jeicem. Para no hacer mas largo el cuento ellos no resuelven nada no te ayudan solo sirven para acosarte cuando se los pide la inmobiliaria. No recomiendo sus servicios en lo mas mínimo.
I do not recommend working with these people, I had a bad experience in which they attended in an unprofessional way from start to finish, from the moment I signed the contract it was wrong, they take too long to attend, then they intervened to guide me to finish a contract at the half of the period, they together with Jeicem real estate. After all this, they were between Jeicem and Prottal, each one with their version regarding the deposit that they had to return to me and at the end of the day the person named Victor K told me that I could sue the owner of the house for not returning the deposit even that I could sue Jeicem. In order not to make the story longer, they do not solve anything, they do not help you, they only serve to harass you when the real estate agent asks for them. I do not recommend their services in the least.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No los recomiendo para nada, busquen otra afianzadora. Solo cobran y no te ayudan para nada. Después no contestan y no dan seguimiento a las cuestiones para los que fueron contratados.
I do not recommend them at all, look for another surety. They only charge and they don't help you at all. Then they do not answer and do not follow up on the questions for which they were hired.
