★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención en Cuba, dicen estar al pendiente la 24 horas y el transporte que me iba a llevar de la Habana a Varadero nunca llegó. Tuve que gastar 10 CUC para llamar a Guadalajara y pagué 100 CUC para.poderme mover a mi destino que reconozco me reembolsaron como a las 3 semanas.
Mi maleta la perdieron en la aerolínea y no me ayudaron en nada..tuve que hacer el proceso solo.
Terrible attention in Cuba, they say they are pending 24 hours and the transport that was going to take me from Havana to Varadero never arrived. I had to spend 10 CUC to call Guadalajara and I paid 100 CUC to be able to move to my destination that I recognize reimbursed me at 3 weeks.
My suitcase was lost on the airline and they didn't help me at all ... I had to do the process alone.
