★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compre 4 mt de cesped tipo campo yo lo necesitaba en una semana ellos me dijeron que si llegaba para ese entonces, total que llego la aemana y marque para saber si ya estaba listo y me dijeron que no sabian nada de ese pedido le marque al dueño y que segun el pedido se habia extraviado para eso la insitencia para que te contesten es demasiada ni los vendedores saben nada acerca y ni el dueño se hace cargo de su empresa total pasaron 15 dias y llego el cesped y para finalizar no llego el que yo pedi llego otro y es la fecha que ni el dueño responde los mensajes y voy al lugar del establecimiento y no saben nada los vendedores n forma de como solucionar el problema esperare una semana mas haber si costesta el dueño si no tendre que acudir ante la profeco ***COMO CONSEJO NO COMPREN PESIMA ATENCION TANTO DE LOS TRABAJADORES COMO EL DUEñO QUE NO SE HACE RESPONSABLE DE SUS ACTOS NO PIERDAN SU TIEMPO NI DINERO***

Servicio de atención deficiente y nadie le da solución. Demasiada falta de compromiso.
Muy mala experiencia de compra. Ahora voy a pedir la devolución de mi dinero y comprar en otro lugar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contraté servicio para la instalación de Piso Vinílico, papel tapiz y unas puertas, ya les dí el anticipo y quedaron muy formales de ponerme mis cosas.
Se llegó la fecha y no me responden llamadas, me ignoran , no me dicen para cuando, ya les pedí la devolución de mi dinero. No hagan tratos con estas personas.
En el local no saben nada, el dueño no se hace responsable, pésimo, pésimo servicio al cliente, nada de responsables. Quiero que me devuelvan mi dinero. Y ni siquiera me contestan.
OJO!!!! ***NO HAGAN TRATOS AHÍ***** SE ARREPENTIRÁN
