En esta ocasión fui por 3 hojas de triplay de 15mm y pedí que las corten, debo decir que en ningún momento me estaba negando a pagar los cortes aunque ahí dice que los cortes son gratis yo les pagaba una propina moderada a los muchachos que cortan y nunca tuve problema, hasta esta ocasión en la que estaba el dueño (en la caja) y al ver que ya se estaban tardando en cortar (que esperaba eran 3 hojas??) fue a decirme que me iba a cobrar los cortes y pues ya que tuve que pagar $150 por cada hoja (esto es mas o menos lo que les daba de propina). Definitivamente no volveré a este lugar, me molestó mucho la mala actitud de esta persona que ni si quiera nota me quería dar, y prefiero ir a comprar en donde la propina es para los empleados y no donde el dueño se lo quede! Definitely I will not return to this place, I was very upset by the bad attitude of this person who even wanted to give me a note, and I prefer to go shopping where the tip is for the employees and not where the owner keeps it!

OJO cerrado de 1:45 a 3:30 pm. ahi que estar atentos a los cortes si quieres cortes en los tableros. los muchachos muy amables. I recommend it, great variety of woods, mdfs and others. Entregan a domicilio sin costo. Intenté antes comprar en otra tienda que nunca contestaron (maderas Richard). Excellent attention.
