Hice cita y cuando llegue me atendieron de mala gana y no tenian la pieza y todavía me dijieron que yo había pedido otra cosas cuando la refacciones se maneja por número de clave único que fue el que proporcione. Me dijieron que si querías la pieza me la tardarían 90 días. Él personal quiere atender a varias personas al mismo tiempo y no te ponen la atención requerida x eso se confunden además te atiendan con prisa y de malas.
Bad service. I spoke on the phone to ask for my part they told me they had it and the cost. I made an appointment and when I arrived they treated me reluctantly and they did not have the part and they still told me that I had asked for other things when the spare part is handled by the unique key number that was the one I provided. They told me that if you wanted the piece it would take me 90 days. The staff wants to attend to several people at the same time and they do not pay you the required attention x that is why they are confused and they also attend to you in a hurry and in a bad way.
