★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me encanta ir ahí, es mi tienda favorita de materias primas para reposteria, porqué encuentro todo en un solo lugar, ahorrando tiempo y gasolina y por ende dinero. Si acaso la única observación que le haría es que hace falta una persona exclusiva para atender dudas, ya que quienes sí te atienden por lo regular están dedicados a otra cosa y a veces da pena preguntar porque están ocupados y aun asi lo que me gusta de ahí es que todos sus empleados y empleadas están bien informados y capacitados sobre cada producto y estaría genial que hubiera alguien que te pudiera orientar en todo momento.
I love going there, it is my favorite store of raw materials for confectionery, because I find everything in one place, saving time and gasoline and therefore money. If anything, the only observation I would make is that you need an exclusive person to answer questions, since those who do attend to you are usually dedicated to something else and sometimes it is sad to ask because they are busy and even so what I like about there is that all their employees are well informed and trained on each product and it would be great if there was someone who could guide you at all times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un excelente lugar para surtirse de los materiales, ingredientes necesarios para elaborar una buena receta e incluso tomar cursos de elaboración, preparación o decoración de repostería fina. Los precios están bien, ni caros ni baratos. Un solo punto a mejorar: el horario. Cierran a las 5 de la tarde y a esa hora todavía hay gente en su trabajo.
It is an excellent place to stock up on the materials and ingredients needed to make a good recipe and even take courses in fine pastry making, preparation or decoration. The prices are ok, neither expensive nor cheap. A single point to improve: the schedule. They close at 5 pm and at that time there are still people at work.
