★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio. Llevamos una camioneta a servicio. Me marcaron para decirme la cotizacion pague 14 mil pesos. Al dia siguiente que me la entregaron sali en carretera y traia la manguera del anticongelante rajada. Me comunico con el gerente Luis Nava para pedirle que me envie una grua o apoyo y menciona que no lo puede hacer. La camioneta empieza a sacar humo y estuve parado en una gasolinera como por tres horas y mientras, tuve que resolver por mi cuenta. Regreso el lunes al taller para reclamar y tanto el gerente como el priopitario se portaron de manera grosera y con una pesima actitud de servicio. Nunca reconocieron su error y no me quisieron resolver la situación. El propietario me respondio con gritos al telefono y el gerente con amenazas. Michellin deberia revisar a quien le deja su reconocimiento porque no representa en lo absoluto mencionada marca.
Adjunto factura para comprobación de caso:
 Very bad service. We take a truck to service. They marked me to tell me the quote I paid 14 thousand pesos. The next day they gave it to me, I went out on the road and had the antifreeze hose cracked. I contact the manager Luis Nava to ask him to send me a crane or support and he mentions that he cannot do it. The truck starts to smoke and I was standing at a gas station for like three hours and in the meantime, I had to solve on my own. He returned to the workshop on Monday to complain and both the manager and the proprietor behaved rudely and with a terrible service attitude. They never recognized their mistake and did not want to resolve the situation for me. The owner answered me with shouts on the phone and the manager with threats. Michellin should check who he leaves his recognition because he does not represent the mentioned brand at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to get a tire repaired or purchase new ones. I went to have a nail removed and I drove in, no appointment needed. I was there for no more than an hour only bc there were other cars ahead. Pricing for fixing the tire was very affordable....tires are all named brand Goodyear, BF Goodrich, etc
