Lleve mi coche a revisión de suspensión porque algo tronaba y de paso compré 4 llantas Le "cambiaron" amortiguadores, el tronidos se quiero pero se seguía sintiendo un poco mal en las curvas, regresé por otro tronidos en suspensión y le dijeron que tenía que cambiar amortiguadores porque los que traía no servían, les comenté que tenía unos meses que ellos los cambiaron, no se habían dado cuenta que ya era cliente y se escudaron diciendo que otro problema de la suspensión fastidio los 4 amortiguadores. No hicieron válida la garantía. Porque claro le robaron la primera vez.

No saben alinear, tienes que regresar hasta 3 veces para que dejen bien tu coche, dejan el volante chueco y hasta parecieran que no le hacen nada. Cabe recalcar que mi auto se alinea de ambos ejes por lo cual son $800 que me cobran cada vez que lo llevo porque aunque tienen garantía no tengo tiempo de llevarlo hasta que se les ocurra dejarlo bien.
No recomiendo este lugar para nada.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

Las lleve a la llantera a ejercer la garantía y después de un rollo que me aventó el gerente, termino diciendo que NO ENTRAN A GARANTÍA PORQUE DEBÍA HAVER HECHO ALINEACIÓN Y BALANCEO CADA 6 meses… CASI CASI QUE NO DEBI PASAR POR NINGÚN BACHE PORQUE SE ELIMINABA LA GARANTÍA… fue una serie de cosas ridículas las que nos explicaba para que pudieran reponernos las llantas. Recomiendo que no compren ahí o que les expliquen cómo llevar a cabo el uso de las llantas para que no les roben como lo hicieron conmigo.
