Me cancelaron en 3 ocasiones mi cita porque el Dr. no tenia tiempo de atender las citas.
Si no pueden respetar su agenda entonces deberían de cambiar de Dr.

My appointment was canceled 3 times because the Dr. did not have time to keep appointments.
If they can't respect their schedule then they should switch Dr.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio. La terapia celular puede ser muy buena pero no tienen el mas minimo sentido de lo que es el servicio al cliente. Las chicas de recepcion no tiene idea de nada de nada. Los clientes dicen que es la misma atencion y servicio qie en el seguro social solo que aqui aparte es muy caro. Se pasan.
Terrible service. Cell therapy can be very good but they do not have the slightest sense of customer service. The reception girls have no idea of anything at all. The clients say that it is the same attention and service that in the social security only that here is very expensive. They are passed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jamás volvería. Es una clínica donde no conocen el respeto ni el tacto para tratar a pacientes y más cuando de fertilidad se trata. El doctor súper déspota, yo entiendo que nada es gratis pero las asistentes carecen de conocimiento en el tema, cero capacitados y te enredan con mentiras. No arriesguen su salud por unos pesos menos.
I would never go back. It is a clinic where they do not know the respect or tact to treat patients and more when it comes to fertility. The super despotic doctor, I understand that nothing is free but the assistants lack knowledge on the subject, zero training and they entangle you with lies. Don't risk your health for a few pesos less.
