★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es la segunda vez que voy y recibo un trato súper grosero del capitán de meseros.
Al llegar, vi la promoción de 2x1 en carajillos en pantalla, la solicité en barra, después de rato, me dijeron que no estaba ya disponible y me los cobraron normal.
Después, seguí viendo que aparecía en pantalla, me acerqué al preguntar y el capitán me dejó esperando como 10 minutos, le comenté lo que había sucedido, con una actitud despota y levantándome la voz sin dejarme terminar, me alegaba que esa promoción ya no estaba activa, el tipo me dejó con la palabra en la boca después de haberme tratado horrible.
No les recomiendo para nada que vayan a perder su dinero en este lugar, el servicio es malísimo y las máquinas tienen un problema que nunca detectan las tarjetas.
Ojalá despidan a este señor, nunca había recibido un trato tan malo como el de él, que repito, era la segunda vez que sucedía.
 This is the second time I go and I receive super rude treatment from the waitress captain.
When I arrived, I saw the 2x1 promotion in carajillos on the screen, I requested it at the bar, after a while, they told me it was no longer available and they charged me normal.
Later, I kept seeing what appeared on the screen, I approached when I asked and the captain left me waiting for about 10 minutes, I told him what had happened, with a despotic attitude and raising my voice without letting me finish, he claimed that this promotion was no longer there active, the guy left me with the word in the mouth after having treated me horrible.
I do not recommend at all that you are going to lose your money in this place, the service is terrible and the machines have a problem that they never detect the cards.
I hope they fire this man, he had never received such a bad treatment as his, which I repeat, it was the second time that happened.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very negative experience at this casino today. I was playing on the roulette slot machine and it suddenly froze. I called for one of the employees to assist me and the manager came over. I explained the slot machine froze and took all my money so I requested a refund. She immediately accused me of pressing buttons and not hitting the cancel button. I continued to explain that I hit the cancel button as soon as i noticed the machine freezing but she argued that I did not. I asked again if I can get a refund and she continued to accuse me of mishandling the slot machine instead of resolving the issue or at least try to resolve the issue. I’m disappointed at the customer service skills I received at this casino tonight.
