★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengan cuidado con esta empresa inmobiliaria, rente una casa con ellos en 2010, desde el principio tuve problemas, me pidieron un anticipo para apartar una casa e hicieron los tramites del contrato muy engorrosos, parecía que no querían rentarmela y quedarse con el anticipo que les dí. Durante mi estancia en la casa no se preocuparon por revisar las condiciones de la casa e ignoraron mi preocupación cuando les avise que infonavit estaba enviando requerimientos a la casa para que se hicieran pagos urgentes. Teníamos acordado una estancia de 6 meses, nosotros nos quedamos 11 meses y les avisamos 1 mes antes de nuestra salida, el dueño de la casa nos llamo a través de su vecina por que la inmobiliaria les había dicho que la casa ya se había desocupado, por lo que no le fue entregado el último pago.
A la hora de reclamar el deposito ($3000) se negaron a dármelo, insistí bastante pero no tuve éxito. Espero mi experiencia sirva para que la gente tenga cuidado si hace negocios con ella, en mi caso salimos perjudicados el arrendador y arrendatario.

During my stay in the house they did not bother to check the conditions of the house and ignored my concern when I told them that infonavit was sending home requests for urgent payments. We had agreed a 6 month stay, we stayed 11 months and we notified them 1 month before our departure, the owner of the house called us through his neighbor because the real estate agency had told them that the house had already been vacated, so the last payment was not delivered.
At the time of claiming the deposit ($ 3000) they refused to give it to me, I insisted a lot but I did not succeed. I hope my experience serves so that people are careful if you do business with her, in my case we are harmed by the landlord and tenant.
