★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy poco profesional, cambian las citas a conveniencia de ellos sin importar los pacientes, no avisan con anticipación de la cancelación o cambio, y no solo es una vez siempre están haciendo eso, además la atención de las personas de recepción son bastante groseras, no recomiendo este lugar

Tuve reacción a un medicamento prescrito por el doctor y al solicitar atención de emergencia los números de su tarjeta son del consultorio, llamas, la recepcionista ademas de cuestionarte te niega el número del doctor y te indica que si te presentas te atenderán después de sus citas.
If there were negative stars, I would use them. The worst of my experiences. I had a reaction to a medication prescribed by the doctor and when requesting emergency care the numbers on his card are from the office, you call, the receptionist, in addition to questioning you, denies you the doctor's number and tells you that if you show up they will see you after your appointments .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very fortunate to find Provissia when I lost my glasses while travelling through Mexico and needed a quick replacement. My prescription is complicated and Dr Torres Rosa examined me and wrote a new prescription that was even better than my old one. The service was excellent and I was able to communicate in English. And the price was fair. Highly recommended and many thanks!
