★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal trato por parte de los superiores a los reclutadores, los tratan como si fueran vasos desechables
La directora y el coordinador ambos tienen problemas emocionales, uno exceso de narcisismo y la otra histeria, encima ambos son agresivos y no hacen más que estarte agrediendo aunque hagas bien tu trabajo
Un verdadero pésimo ambiente de trabajo, hoy en día ya puse mi propia consultoría y si comparo el servicio que doy con el que ellos dán, tmb tan un pesimo servicio, reclutadores desmotivados devaluados diario y sin buenos sueldos, obviamente van a dar un servicio triste...
Pesima empresa, no la recomiendo, muy mal trato a sus reclutadores, como si fueran vasos desechables donde dejar salir todas sus frustaciones y agredirlos por todo, es la única manera q tienen de motivar... agredir
