La atención al cliente fue muy buena.
Pero el servicio fue malo. Quisimos entregar dos discos duros dañados para recuperar la información pero me dijeron que no pudieron hacer absolutamente nada.
Todo bien, en teoría, me cobraron más de $100 MXN. El problema fue cuando intenté hacer yo mismo la recuperación y pude recuperar todo de un disco duro sin problemas y el segundo estava completamente vacío (Según Windows, aunque puede que si haya estado dañado).
No me dijeron nada de eso en la tienda. Me dijeron que no podían hacer nada con los tres.

Customer service was very good.
But the service was bad. We wanted to deliver two damaged hard drives to retrieve the information but they said they could do absolutely nothing.
All right, in theory, they charged me over $ 100 MXN. The problem was when I tried to do the recovery myself and I was able to recover everything from a hard drive without problems and the second one was completely empty (According to Windows, although it may have been damaged).
They didn't tell me any of that at the store. They told me there was nothing they could do with the three of them.

Hace unos meses les compré una computadora de escritorio armada y pregunté las opciones de CPU y periféricos porque era para una persona que hace dibujo y la srita. que me atendió no sabía mucho del tema, yo tuve que investigar por mi cuenta, después les pregunte si tenían softwares de diseño y dibujo y me dijeron que sí, incluso la srita. me pidió nombres de programas para que se los pusieran, pero ya cuando di el dinero me hablaron unos días después para decirme que no tenían ninguno, que solo le podían poner el Photoshop, la verdad me decepcionaron. Y por último les lleve una laptop porque se apagaba y el ventilador no funcionaba bien, me dijeron que lo que necesitaba era mantenimiento, se lo dieron, y me dijeron que ya estaba bien, después en mi casa la prendí y otra vez se me apagó y no la puedo usar! Pague $400 pesos en vano!
