La verdad yo era una persona muy renuente a tomar terapia y ha sido el único con quien me he entendido y quien me pudo ayudar a salir de un proceso de depresión muy fuerte. Recomiendo a Adolfo hasta con ojos cerrados. Tanto terapia individual como de pareja es súper profesional. El consultorio (y él en sí) es bastante sencillo, pero para a lo que vas, la verdad es lo de menos. Seguramente te ayuda a resolver lo que necesitas.
STOP SEARCHING. This is your psychologist. The truth was that I was a very reluctant person to take therapy and he was the only one with whom I understood and who was able to help me out of a very strong depression process. I recommend Adolfo even with closed eyes. Both individual and couple therapy is super professional. The office (and he himself) is quite simple, but for what you are going, the truth is the least of it. It surely helps you solve what you need.
