En mi cita psicológica con ella, me sentí escuchada, no juzgada y ella fue capaz de hacer las preguntas correctas para entender más mi situación. Yo soy una persona que le cuesta mucho abrirse. Es muy fácil hablar con Imelda, ya que ella también te explica que lo que te esta pasando no es algo que solo te pasa a ti, sino que puede ser algo muy común en la sociedad, ella explica los estudios que se han hecho al respecto y el porqué la mente humana actúa o piensa de cierta manera.
Es fácil lograr una cita con ella, no necesariamente tienen que estar en la misma ciudad. Yo vivo en Dubai y ella en Xalapa y encontramos tiempo para hacer videollamadas.
