Hicimos varios ejercicios que me ayudaron a llevar una planeación exitosa donde yo me percaté de habilidades que siempre he tenido pero que no sabía como utilizar y en mi caso me abrió muchas percepciones con técnicas profesionales. Incrementó mi seguridad ante mi problema y me di cuenta que tengo control sobre ello y esto cambió mucho durante los previos meses. Hoy me encuentro muy fuerte siguiendo las mismas técnicas que me enseñó y por siempre estaré agradecido y seguro que estaré en contacto cuando lo necesite.
I went to therapy with Omar for months and I highly recommend him. We did several exercises that helped me to carry out a successful planning where I realized skills that I have always had but that I did not know how to use and in my case it opened many perceptions with professional techniques. It increased my confidence in the face of my problem and I realized that I have control over it and this changed a lot during the previous months. Today I am very strong following the same techniques that he taught me and I will always be grateful and sure that I will be in contact when I need it.
