★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estoy sumamente agradecido con la asociación pro salud mental, sobre todo con la M. En Psicoanálisis Viridiana Espinoza, mi Analista, por la labor , el trabajo y por la conducción en mi proceso.
Llego pidiendo ayuda con un cuadro de depresión, autoestima en el suelo y hasta con pensamientos suicidas. En tan solo unos meses y con mi compromiso como paciente, puedo decir que el cuadro inicial dio un giro totalmente opuesto.
Hoy me siento realmente libre, amandome y muy en paz con migo mismo, hoy a esa sensación le llamo felicidad. Todos tenemos una historia, un fondo, pero aquí hay de dos : o nos refugiamos ( Alcoholismo, Drogadiccion, comida, Depresión,etc. Etc) o luchamos por conocernos aceptarnos, confrontarnos y así poder transformarnos y que nuestros miedos realmente nos sirvan no para no hacer sino para hacer lo que nos conviene ,y así emerger y dar ese paso hacia el estar bien al sentirse sanos al bien hacer .
En ya casi año y medio ( y contando ) de análisis he pasado por una transformación fabulosa.
Soy muy exitoso en mi trabajo
Me amo con todo mi corazón
Controlo mis emociones, y no ellas a mi.
Tengo excelentes relaciones sociales.
tengo muchas ganas de vivir bien !
Mis relaciones familiares, pasaron de der de muy malas a fabulosas.

I am extremely grateful to the association for mental health, especially with the M. In Espinoza Viridiana Psychoanalysis, my Analyst, for the work, the work and for the conduction in my process.
I arrive asking for help with a picture of depression, self-esteem on the floor and even with suicidal thoughts. In just a few months and with my commitment as a patient, I can say that the initial picture took a totally opposite turn.
Today I feel really free, loving and very at peace with myself, today I call that feeling happiness. We all have a story, a background, but here there are two: either we take refuge (Alcoholism, Drug Addiction, Food, Depression, etc. Etc) or we fight to know how to accept, confront and thus be able to transform ourselves and that our fears really serve us not to to do nothing but to do what is convenient for us, and thus emerge and take that step towards being well by feeling healthy when doing well.
In almost a year and a half (and counting) of analysis I have gone through a fabulous transformation.
I am very successful in my work
I love myself with all my heart
I control my emotions, and not them to me.
I have excellent social relationships.
I really want to live well!
My family relationships went from very bad to fabulous.
