★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente, profesional de la salud mental, gracias a la terapia que he tomado con ella, he descubierto que las perdidas, incertidumbre y el famoso pensamiento rumiante ,que como aqueja, son parte de la vida, no se presentaran una sola ves, sino que se presentaran varias veces a lo largo de nuestra vida, descubrí en terapia que existen, un sin fin de herramientas, para afrontar cada situación venidera, de una forma más sana y menos desgastante, dandole el valor real cada situación ,logrando enfrentar de una forma mas sana y aportando a mi vida experiencias mas positivas y mucho crecimiento, gracias a la terapia que he tomado con la Dra Amara, se ha abierto ante mi la puerta hacia la concientización y a un mundo lleno de posibilidades, para mi nueva yo mas fortalecida y con mucho mas amor propio.  Excellent, mental health professional, thanks to the therapy I have taken with her, I have discovered that losses, uncertainty and the famous ruminant thought, which as it afflicts, are part of life, they will not appear once, but rather will appear several times throughout our life, I discovered in therapy that there are endless tools to face each coming situation, in a healthier and less exhausting way, giving the real value to each situation, managing to face in a way healthier and contributing to my life more positive experiences and much growth, thanks to the therapy I have taken with Dr. Amara, the door to awareness and a world full of possibilities has opened before me, for my new, stronger self. with much more self love.
